We strive to provide a high level of customer satisfaction and offer a flexible return policy. Please review our return policy for custom parametric benches.

Return Process:
Please contact our customer service team to notify us of your intention to return the item. Please include your order number and reason for the return. Our specialists will provide you with instructions for returning goods and the necessary documentation.

A refund:
After receiving and checking the goods for compliance with the return conditions, we will return the money to the bank account you specified or offer an exchange of goods. Refunds are processed within 10 business days from the date of confirmation of the return.

Return conditions:
Returns are possible within 14 days from receipt of the item. The product must be in its original packaging (stretch film and pallets if the weight exceeds 100 kg) and have no signs of use or damage. Returns are only possible for finished goods that were not made to order (check for availability of finished goods).

Packaging and transportation:
Please ensure that the item is packaged in its original packaging. For goods weighing more than 100 kg that were packed on pallets, it is necessary to ensure return on pallets (pallets must have a fumigation stamp).

Exceptions:
Items made to order (e.g. benches with non-standard dimensions or finishes, benches from the catalog but made to order or for outdoor use) cannot be returned. Items that have been damaged or used outside are also not eligible for return.
